Squirrel's Nest Art Studio Gallery

Workshops began on  March 11, 2008 - New session starts in July. Don't miss out.

Join me for a season of creativity and serenity at my home studio located between the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountains on top of Shawanga Mountain. The studio features  a forty mile view of the valley from the studio's two full wall windows.  Sky lights at the top of the 22 foot cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace provide light and warmth. The woodland property has a multitude of natural and introduced specimens and I have been preserving the land with it's majestic oaks and maples for  eighteen years. There is a seasonal stream, meandering hiking trails and wonderful surprises of wildlife, birds and blossoms. An oak tree grows through the back  deck where squirrels climb and jump from tree to their nests. Classes are limited to four students. Beginner to advanced students are welcome.
