Botanical Art
Roberta is one of America’s foremost botanical artists and educators. She is a longtime member of the American Society of Botanical Artists and the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators and for 28 years was an instructor at the New York Botanical Garden. She currently instructs botanical drawing and painting at her studio.
Her work is carefully drawn and painted from live specimens. Many of the plants are from her own garden or from gardens visited on excursions. The paintings are created in a variety of media on the finest quality archival papers.
